We do full mouth rehabilitation in cases where we need to replace most or all teeth in both jaws. Rehabilitation includes advanced procedures such as implant placement, and dental crowns and bridges to compensate for lost or damaged teeth. The specificity of complete rehab is that it involves multiple stages and requires several visits to get the best possible results.
Mr. Stevo came to our office dissatisfied with the appearance, health, and function of his teeth. After a detailed analysis, we did digital smile planning, designed his new teeth, and immediately transferred that design to his mouth, so that after a few days he could see what the final work would look like and in what direction we should go. This process has motivated Mr. Stevo to continue with the therapy and greatly facilitated doctor-patient-technician communication, as all team members knew what our goal was before the therapy has even begun. We then implanted 6 Nobel Active implants into the lower jaw and made a temporary bridge that the patient used during the healing period. In the end, we made an implant-supported bridge in the lower jaw and an all-ceramic crown in the upper.
Duška approached us with a desire to make her smile more beautiful and youthful. After examination and analysis, we have concluded that for the desired result we need 5 metal-free crowns on the front teeth in the upper jaw. We have decided to use zirconia because it is a state-of-the-art material with exceptional aesthetic and mechanical properties.
A smile makeover is a life-changing procedure that gives you the confidence to laugh freely, honestly and be relaxed without worrying about how your teeth look. This may involve different procedures. We know that every person is unique, so our smile design is individually tailored for every one of you. Dr. Srdjan and Dr. Zoran will provide all the information about the procedures that will lead us to your bright and natural smile. At Ms. Mileva’s, we placed one implant in the upper jaw and four implants in the lower jaw. After a few months, we made zirconia crowns over the remaining teeth and implants.
Implants in the esthetic zone are always a challenge for all dentists since the inaccuracies and mistakes that occur while planning or performing therapy always lead to catastrophic failure. Mr. Milenko contacted us when several teeth began to get loose. He also wanted to close diastema (incisor spacing). We remedied this by replacing 3 teeth with implants and placing crowns over his 3 teeth, and as can be seen, we gave him back his smile.
Dragan is an internationally recognized expert who spends much of his time abroad. Because of this, he delayed solving his dental problem for a long time. His main wish was function, so he could eat normally again, but we did our best to improve his appearance as well. We extracted the teeth that we could not preserve, did the lifting of the floor of the maxillary sinus(sinus lift procedure), and after a few months, placed the implants. After a healing period for implants, we began definitive prosthetic rehabilitation. It is important to note that, like all our patients, Dragan had temporary crowns during the healing period so that he could perform all the usual activities. In the end, we made all-ceramic zirconia crowns on teeth and implants.
Metal ceramic crowns have been used in dentistry for decades, and have long been the gold standard in prosthetic care for patients. Today, they are slightly less used than before, but this is one example that with careful planning and meticulous work, even with metal-ceramic crowns, aesthetically satisfactory results can be achieved. At Mrs. Dušanka’s first visit, we took a set of photographs, designed her teeth and began planning a new smile. It was only when we reached an agreement with the patient about what we want (and can) get at the end of therapy did we start working. We extracted several teeth, placed implants, and made temporary crowns that Mrs. Dušanka wore during the healing period so that she could return to her daily activities. After several months, we made metal-ceramic crowns on implants and teeth.
No matter the age, all people want to look beautiful. When making partial dentures, we always try to make the most of the remaining teeth, but also to maximally protect them and extend their lifetime. Telescopic crowns are exactly what make it possible for us. This allows us to rehabilitate our patients as much as possible, and enable them to laugh again, talk, socialize, enjoy their favorite foods and be more comfortable with themselves.
